M. Rangappa (74), retired Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) and a resident of Kuvempunagar ‘I’ Block, passed away yesterday night in city.
He leaves behind son Dr. Narendra, daughter Dr. Poornima and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon, according to family sources.
