Mysore/Mysuru: Shree Mahaveer Jain Vidyalaya, Siddarthanagar, celebrated its 11th Annual Day Utsav-11 Samarambh at Kalamandira recently. Prof. S.N. Hegde, retired Vice-Chancellor of Mysore University, was the chief guest while ex-Mayor Sunanda Palanetra was the guest of honour. B. Mohan, Principal, welcomed.
Students who secured highest marks were distributed prizes by the guests. This was followed by various cultural programmes.
School President S. Devichand Salecha, Vice-President Champalal Bhirlosha, Secretary Hirachand C. Jain Kangtani, Jt. Secretary Ashok Salecha, Treasurer Ramesh Kumar and Trustees — Champalal Vanigota, Moolchand Palrecha, Rajesh P. Jain, Kantilal — School HM Vedavathi and Teachers were present. Hirachand C. Jain Kangatani proposed a vote of thanks. Both the guests were honoured by the School Management.
