Mysuru-based writer Dr. Yellappa K.K. Pura being conferred with ‘Makkala Mandara’ State Award by the Karnataka Rajya Makkala Sahitya Parishat in Shivamogga recently. Also seen are writer Kumuda Sushil, Makkala Sahitya Parishat Shivamoga District President Ravichandra, Taluk President Parameshwara Karuru, Soraba’s Dr. Umesh Bhadrapura and Ramachandra Sagar.
