Mallamma (68), mother of journalist Sheshanna, passed away on Monday following brief illness.

She leaves behind four children and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at Geddalahalli on Hennur-Bagalur Main Road near Bannerghatta in Bengaluru on Tuesday afternoon, according to family sources.
