Hunsur: A 45-year-old man who was out on bail was hacked to death in the town late last night.
The victim has been identified as Mahesh (45), alias Bellulli Mahesh, a resident of Ranganatha Extension in the town.
Mahesh who had divorced his wife Lakshmi, was sentenced to jail about 5 months ago by a Court for failing to pay alimony to his divorced wife.
But Mahesh’s alleged paramour is said to have bailed him out from jail a week ago.
Mahesh was said to be sleeping in his house when some miscreants hacked him to death, it is learnt.
