Man held for selling ganja

1.170 kg ganja leaves seized

 Mandi Police, on Jan. 24, who raided an autorickshaw parked on MKDK Road near Sunni Chowk in Mandi Mohalla, arrested one among three persons in the auto besides seizing 1 kg and 170 grams ganja leaves from him.

The arrested person has been identified as Akram Pasha, 29, a resident of Mandi Mohalla.

Mandi Police, who have registered a case in this regard, have launched a hunt to nab the           other two person who fled during the raid.

Mandi Inspector Lakshmikanth Talawar supervised SI B. Basavaraju, staff Vijayendra Singh, Shankar, Nagendra and Guruprasad in the nabbing and seizing operation.
