Mysuru: A man sustained injuries on his leg while alighting from a city bus at Agrahara yesterday.

The injured man is said to be a resident of Aravindanagar in city. The man, who arrived in a city bus from Vivekanandanagar, tried to get down from the bus at Agrahara Circle during which he is said to have slipped and fell down, resulting in the rear wheel running over his foot.

The driver, who immediately stopped the bus, rushed the injured person to a private hospital with the help of the public, where the injured was treated.

As the injured person did not file a complaint, no case has been registered in this regard, said K.R. Traffic Police.
