Many BJP MLAs to join Congress post by-poll: Dr. Parameshwara

 Claiming that about 20 BJP MLAs were in touch with the Congress, KPCC President and Home Minister Dr. G. Parameshwara said that these Legislators were ready to jump into the Congress bandwagon soon after the Nanjangud and Gudlupet by-poll.

Speaking at a meeting of party workers at Housing Board Colony in the town yesterday, Dr. Parameshwara said that Congress candidate Kalale Keshavamurthy is a humble person and a localite,who can be contacted easily by the electorate.

Declaring that District in-Charge Minister Dr. H. C. Mahadevappa has been entrusted with the responsibility of the poll campaign in Nanjangud constituency, the KPCC Chief, without naming BJP Candidate V. Sreenivasa Prasad, said that the electorate will give a fitting reply to those who are challenging the Congress.  Chamarajanagar MP R. Dhruvanarayana too addressed the  workers.  Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa, former Minister Prof. B. K. Chandrashekar, Congress candidate Kalale Keshavamurthy, District Congress President B.J. Vijay Kumar, leaders Latha Siddeshetty and others were present.
