Marathon Contest on Sept. 6

District AIDS Prevention and Control Unit under Annual Action Plan 2023-24 as part of YuvaJanothsava and International Youth Day celebrations has organised a district-level marathon contest to create awareness about  HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Act 2017, National Helpline 1097 and health awareness on Sept. 6 at 7.30 am. The marathon will start from KoteAnjaneyaswamy Temple near Palace North Gate and will end at the Ovals Ground near old DC Office in city. Senior Civil Judge and District Legal Services Authority Member-Secretary B. G. Dinesh, Deputy Commissioner Dr. K. V. Rajendra, Zilla Panchayat CEO K. M. Gayathri and others will be present, according to a                                             press release.
