Mariyamma Kalasaiah (70), a resident of Sunnadakeri 5th cross, near Jain Bhavan, passed away yesterday at her residence.
She leaves behind four sons including Nanjangud Town Municipal Council former member and Madiwala community leader Natesh and retired engineer Nanjaiah, two daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this noon, according to family sources.
