O.N. Lingaiah (87), retired Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Tax and a resident of T.K. Layout, passed away yesterday in city. He leaves behind two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Veerashaiva burial grounds in Vidyaranyapuram this morning.
