Mysore/Mysuru: The Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) had organised a meeting with the Raichur District Chamber of Commerce and Industry team on Aug. 21 at the MCCI office in Mysuru.
Trivikram Joshi, Immediate Past President of the Raichur Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Ramanagouda B. Danappagoudar, Past President of the Gadag District Chamber of Commerce & Industry, visited the MCCI office. They extended an invitation for the State Conference scheduled to be held in Raichur on Sept. 2 and 3, 2023. FKCCI (Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry), Bangalore, and the Raichur Chamber of Commerce and Industry will jointly organise the conference in Raichur.
The conference aims to address and find solutions to the challenges faced by trade and industries across the districts of Karnataka. It will also focus on discussing the overall industrial development of the State.
The conference will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Siddharamaiah. Distinguished participants in the technical sessions include Ministers M.B. Patil, Sharanabasappa Darshanapur, Cheluvarayaswamy, Dr. Sharana Prakash Patil, N.S. Bosaraj and Shivananada Patil.
The second day’s technical sessions will feature the presence of Union Minister Pralhad Joshi and Bhaghavanth Khuba, along with the Secretary of the Industry Department Selvakumar and Skill Development Secretary Ashwini Gowda. The event is expected to host around 500 trade and industry representatives from all districts.
The MCCI honoured Trivikram Joshi, who is also the Chairman of the State Conference Committee and Ramanagouda Danappagoudar, who serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Conference Committee.
This conference is being organised under the guidance and advice of Sudhakar S. Shetty, Past President of FKCCI. The event was attended by K.B. Lingaraju, MCCI President, R. Anand, Vice-President, S.J. Ashok, Honorary Treasurer, Vinod Jain, Honorary Joint Secretary, S. Mahadev from the Market Association, Ravindra Swamy from the School Association, Kumar from the Druggists Association, Ganesh from the APMC Association, T.A. Vasantha Kumari, President of WISE (Women’s Wing of MCCI), Padmavathi Bhat, Honorary Secretary and Kalpana Surendra, Honorary Treasurer.
