Cosmos FC registered a facile 5-2 win over Lucky Star FC in the MDFA ‘C’ Division Football League for the Chirag Trophy here at the University Football Grounds yesterday. A brace each by centre-forward Mohatashim and right-out Fahad for Cosmos FC was the highlight of the tie. The other goal for the winner was scored by Wahad. Nadeem and Arif scored a goal each for Lucky Star FC.
Results: Cosmos FC 5 (Mohatashim 18, 55, Fahad 23, 38, Wahab 41) bt Lucky Star FC 2 (Nadeem 17, Arif 50).
