MDFA ‘A’ Division Football: Aditya shines for Chanakya Koota FC

A brace by left-out Aditya Swaroop was the highlight of Chanakya Koota FC’s upset 4-1 win over last-year’s runner-up Durgamba FC in their Group B tie of the MDFA ‘A’ Division Football League 2016-17 for the Achutharao Memorial Trophy played at the University Football Grounds yesterday.

Results:

Chanakya Koota FC (Preetham 27, Rishab Cariappa 51, Aditya Swaroop 56, 60) bt Durgamba FC 1 (Radesh 44).
