Mysore/Mysuru: A day-long Mega Udyoga Mela (Job Fair) will be held at the Maharaja Institute of Technology Mysore (MITMS) in Belavadi, Srirangapatna taluk, on Aug. 12 between 9 am and 5 pm, announced MITMS Principal Dr. Naresh Kumar.

Addressing a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan here yesterday, he said that over 100 companies will participate in the Mega Udyoga Mela and around 9,400 jobs are expected to be offered by these companies. This is the first job fair after the Covid-19 pandemic, he added.

Candidates with a pass in SSLC, PUC, Diploma or any Degree may attend the Job Fair. There is no registration fee. Over 1,000 candidates have already registered for the Mela. For details, contact Mob: 94808-84443.
