Minister B. Sriramulu to arrive in Mysuru city tonight

Transport and Scheduled Tribes Welfare Minister B. Sriramulu will be arriving in the city tonight (Mar.11)  on a two-day visit.  Sriramulu, who will arrive at  8 pm will stay for the night in the city. The Minister will leave for T. Bettahalli in T. Narasipur taluk tomorrow (Mar.12) where he will inaugurate the new building of Morarji Desai Residential school at 9.30 am. Thereafter he will leave for Nanjangud and visit Srikanteshwaraswamy temple at 11.30 am. Later, he will return to Mysuru and inaugurate Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Boys Hostel at Paramahamsanagar in Srirampura at 12.30 pm, after which the Minister will inaugurate the new building of Karnataka State Tribal Research Institute (KSTRI) at Kergalli at 3 pm. Later, Sriramulu will take part in the programme organised by ST Welfare Department at KSOU’s Convocation Hall in Muktagangotri campus along Hunsur road  at 4.30 pm, where he will distribute benefits and facilities to beneficiaries of  various schemes of the Department.

Mysuru District In-charge Minister S.T. Somashekar and other elected representatives will be present  at the programmes, according to a press release.
