Take away CCTV Digital Video Recorder

Mysore/Mysuru: Miscreants, who gained entry into a Bank at Mathura Nagar in Metagalli Police limits, have decamped with the CCTV Digital Video Recorder (DVR) after not finding any cash at the Bank.

The incident is said to have taken place between Saturday night and the wee hours of Monday at Bandhan Bank, located in the rented building near the big drain at Mathura Nagar.

The Bank staff, after closing the transaction on Saturday evening, locked the Bank and left for their homes. When they came on Monday morning, they found the shutters of the Bank forcibly opened and on entering the Bank and inspecting the premises, they found the place ransacked and the CCTV DVR missing, following which they informed the jurisdictional Metagalli Police.

Metagalli Inspector K. Mallesh and staff, who rushed to the spot, conducted mahazar and have registered a case.
