Mysuru: The body of a newly wedded woman, who had gone missing about week back, was found in the Varuna Canal located under Rural Police limits.
The deceased lady has been identified as Rukmini (24).
She had left the house on Oct. 27, after a quarrel with her husband.
Rukmini was married to one Puneeth of Shadanahalli about three months ago.
Mysuru Rural Police, who shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary, have registered a case and investigating.
