Mysore/Mysuru: Narasimharaja Constituency MLA Tanveer Sait formally inaugurated the upgraded Department of Radiology at Al-Ansaar Hospital with a 32 slice CT-Scan and 4D Ultrasound in city recently.
Speaking on the occasion, Sait lauded the management of Al-Ansaar Hospital and reiterated the importance of utilisation of Waqf institutions for the setting up of hospitals and educational institutions.
Dr. Iftekhar Ahmed, Medical Director, said that Al-Ansaar already has a Super-speciality Operation Theatre with advanced surgeries including Neurosurgery (Brain tumours, Aneurysm clipping and craniotomies), Joint replacements, plastic and re-constructive procedures. Urology and Paediatric surgeries are being done for the past several years. Fully equipped ICU backup is provided with round-the-clock intensivists.
Abdul Azeez Chand, Secretary, Muslim Girls Orphanage (Phulwari), P. Mohiddin, Proprietor, Loyal World, Dr. Anees Ahmed, Abdul Khalaq, Manager of the Hospital, Dr. Fuzail Ahmed and others were present.
