Mysore/Mysuru: MLA L. Nagendra launched various road and UGD development works in K.G. Koppal and Saraswathipuram, under his Chamaraja Constituency on Thursday.
Road works started near K.G. Koppal Chandramoulishwara temple and Bake Point near Saraswathipuram 16th Main.
The works are being carried out by MCC under the special grants of MLA SFC programme at a cost of Rs. 2.74 crore. Development of roads, providing UGD lines in K.G. Koppal and the road development works of Saraswathipuram 5th, 6th, 7th and 16th main roads and also 1st, 2nd main roads and roads of 5th Cross, 6th Cross and Club road were launched by the MLA.
Corporator Shivakumar, MCC Deputy Commissioner Mahesh, Chamaraja BJP Vice-President Shivakumar, General Secretary Ramesh, City Raitha Morcha President Devaraj and others were present on the occasion.
