Mysuru: MLA S.A. Ramdas performed the ‘Guddali Puja’ for the construction of the new building for Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) Zonal Office-1 at an MCC plot on Uttaradi Mutt 5th Cross Road in Agrahara here yesterday.
After receiving the complete details of the proposed building, Ramdas suggested that the building should be designed on the lines of the MCC Main Office with good quality and asked the officials concerned to also provide a lift facility. He added that the outlay for the project is Rs.4 crore.
Corporator B.V. Manjunath, MCC Zone-1 Development Officer Bharath, Engineer Kiran, BJP Ward President Gururaj Shenoy and others were present.
