Hanur: The District Pourakarmika Association and Shri Male Mahadeshwara Swamy Temple Development Authority Employees Association together have decided to stage a protest against alleged discrimination in hiring employees at MM Hills on Dec. 11 in front of the Authority Office at 10 am.
The protest is to seek fulfilment of their various demands. The Management of Male Mahadeshwara Temple Development Authority is said to be discriminating the employees with regard to remuneration, hiring employees who work on contract basis and also neglecting to resolve employee problems from past 15-20 years in spite of their repeated requests, according to a press release.
