Mohan Joshi (80), a retired teacher of Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala (SRKVS) and a writer, passed away at a private hospital in city on Thursday.

Mohan Joshi’s articles where published in ‘Sudha’ Weekly for over five years and his speeches were also aired on Akashvani.

A native of Honnavara, Mohan Joshi leaves behind his wife, a son, a daughter, grandchildren and a host of students, relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill yesterday, according to family sources.
