Mysore/Mysuru: City’s theatre group Niranthara Foundation will be organising ‘Sahajaranga 2020-21,’ a month-long theatre training camp for College students from Feb. 7 to Mar. 6, at Nrupatunga Kannada School in Ramakrishnanagar E and F Block in city.
The camp will feature lessons in history of theatres, dialogue delivery, physical expressions, movements and other finer nuances of theatre art. Senior theatre personalities of the State will guide the participants as resource persons. The camp will also feature discussions on current events, interactions on ecology and environment and such other activities.
Niranthara Foundation has been organising theatre camps for College students since many years and has the distinction of organising many street plays aimed at creating awareness on social maladies and evil practices.
The Foundation has been organising Niranthara Theatre Festival every year and is also taking part in Bahuroopi Annual National Theatre Festival organised by Rangayana.
