I fully endorse the views of C.M. Rajendra in SOM dated Aug.3 on abnormal shunting of trains on the outskirts.
Most passengers have experienced this not only on the ones entering Mysuru city but on the return direction too (Kengeri, Nayandahalli and at a little distance before KSR Bengaluru).
Chamundi Express (morning) and Mayiladuthurai Express (evening) face the same fate always. Passengers are therefore forced to de-board at these en-route stations to get into metro service to save on time.
I appeal to SWR authorities to look into this anomaly and set it right soon.
