Nanjangud: A motorcyclist was killed on the spot when the bike he was riding collided head-on with a lorry near Goddanapura in the taluk on Sunday.
Shivanna (50) of Kochanahalli in Mysuru taluk is the deceased. Shivanna was travelling towards Hallikerehundi when the motorcycle he was riding crashed into an oncoming sugarcane-laden lorry near Goddanapura, killing him on the spot, it is learnt.
Nanjangud Rural Police have registered a case in this regard.
