Mysuru/Mysore: Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha met the Joint Secretary of Union Ministry of Civil Aviation, Usha Pade, at New Delhi recently and held talks with her regarding operating flights from Mysuru to important destinations such as Mumbai, New Delhi, Shirdi and Tirupati. She is said to have responded positively for the MP’s proposals on improving air-connectivity in respect of Mysuru.
Usha Pade, a Kannadiga hailing from Sirsi in Uttara Kannada District, is instrumental in the success of ‘UDAN’ scheme of the Civil Aviation Ministry which has become popular among air passengers.
