Mysuru/Mysore: In a major action, Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) on Friday demolished an illegal construction on a site measuring 40×60 ft. belonging to it in Gokulam Third Stage (South of Kumbarakoppal).
The value of the site is estimated at Rs.1.2 crore. The demolition was carried out by a MUDA team comprising Asst. Executive H.P. Shivanna, Asst. Engineers Sathyanarayan Joshi, Puttanagaraj and Nagaraj and other staff.
The jurisdictional V.V. Puram Police had provided security.
