This is to bring to your notice that the much-publicised on line property tax facility launched by muda is not working properly. We are not able to pay tax online.

My property documents purchased in 2004 has not been updated. My khata is not updated and still lies in the name of the seller.

On enquiring the helpline numbers, no information is given to us. They ask us to go to muda office and get the documents updated. What is the purpose of online payment if an individual has to go to the MUDA office personally for updating the documents?

It is the job of muda officials to update the documents on the website. Amidst the Covid fear looming large, there is no one to contact in this regard to express our problems. Will the MUDA Commissioner look into this lacunae?
