Mysuru: The Maharaja High School and PU College Alumni Association recently celebrated the Jayanti of Mummadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar, the Founder of the nearly two-centuries-old Maharaja High School on JLB Road here.

Elder Citizens Council, Jayalakshmipuram, former President S.V. Gowdappa, aged 95 and an alumnus of the School, was felicitated on the occasion.
Former School Principal B.S. Sridhar Raje Urs presided. Alumnus Dr. N. Chandrashekar of Aditya Hospital, Maharaja High School head Dr. Mahesh, Principal Uday Shankar, retired teacher Rangaswamy and others were present.
