Mumtaz Banu (60), wife of Sardar Mahboob Ali and a resident of A.G. Block in N.R. Mohalla, passed away following brief illness yesterday afternoon in city.
She leaves behind her husband, six daughters, two sons including social worker Junaid Ali and a host of relatives and friends.
Namaz-e-Janaza was performed this morning at Masjid Hazarath Ali in N.R. Mohalla, followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle.
