Mysuru: Jayalakshmipuram Police have arrested a person on Friday, who had allegedly barged into a house and tried to kill a woman.
The accused Manju, a resident of Mandya, was said to be the friend of Murali, the husband of the victim.
Manju and Murali were said to be friends and had quarrelled over some financial issue a few days ago.
Probably, out of anger and an act of retaliation, Manju was said to have entered Murali’s house and tried to kill his (Murali) wife, according to a complaint lodged by Murali with the Jayalakshmipuram Police, who have arrested Manju and remanded him to judicial custody.
