Mysuru: The anniversary of Mysore College of Engineering and Management (MyCEM) belonging to Jnanavahini Shikshana Samsthe will be held on Apr.29 and 30 at the college premises. Dr. B. M. Subraya, formerly of Infosys, will inaugurate the celebrations at 6 pm on Apr.29, said the Principal Dr. C.N. Ravikumar.
Addressing a press conference at the Patrakartara Bhavan here yesterday, he said that film star Diganth will also be present at the inauguration. On Apr. 30 at the valedictory Niveditha Gowda of Bigg Boss fame, Dhananjay who has acted in the movie Tagaru, Mr. India participant Karthik and fashion designer Jayanthi Ballal will participate.
As part of the anniversary, inter-collegiate cultural and sports meet are also being organised. Mr. MyCD and Miss MySiri fashion show will be held and the winner will walk away with a cash prize of Rs.50,000.
The students from all the colleges in Mysuru will participate, said Dr. Ravishankar.
