MySeva: A Corporate – NGO meet to Serve Namma Mysuru

Mysore/Mysuru: The CSR Panel of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mysuru Zone, in association with GRAAM Mysuru and Rotary International, held a unique workshop titled ‘MySeva: A Corporate – NGO meet to Serve Namma Mysuru synergistically” on Jan. 20 at Wadiyar Centre for Architecture in city. The primary objective was to provide a platform to bring corporates and development organisations together, enabling Corporates and NGOs to understand one another and explore ways to work together. It facilitated exchange of development thoughts and ideas, collaborations to devise more meaningful projects and achieve development goals of Mysuru.

A Mela and Stall area was organised for over 25 NGOs to demonstrate their development programmes and models. Later, a panel discussion was held to understand challenges for all the stakeholders and to chart a way forward.

The Panellists included Jyotsna  Belliappa,  Founder, Bluesky Sustainable Business; Rtn. Keshav Hebbale, Rotary District Governor-Elect 2023-2024; Ranganathan Sankaran, Convenor, CII Mysuru Finance & Taxation Panel and CFO, Automotive Axles Pvt. Ltd.; Raghavendra Udupa, Senior Delivery Manager, Infosys Technologies.

Panel was moderated by Dr. Basavaraju R. Shrestha, Executive Director, GRAAM. Apart from local NGOs, many from Bengaluru, Chamarajanagar & Bandipur attended the event organised by CSR panel of CII Mysuru consisting of Savitha Mallappa, CEO, rProcess and Harsha Adya, MD, Weurth Electronics.
