Mysore/Mysuru: The city’s Harsha Printers Founder M. Chinnaswamy and Sri Rajendra Printers and ‘Samvahana Prakashana’ Proprietor D.N. Lokappa were felicitated at the 80th and 81st ‘Saadhakarondige Samvaada’, a monthly interaction programme with achievers organised by Mysore Art Gallery at its premises on Ramanuja road here recently.
Chinnaswamy, who was among the first employees of the University of Mysore’s Prasaranga, the Printing and Publishing Division of the University started by the then Vice-Chancellor Dr. Dejagow in 1958, has over six decades of experience in the printing and publishing industry.
Noted Publisher D.N. Lokappa, a B.Sc Graduate with additional qualification in Library Science, has over 45 years of experience in the Printing Industry along with the latest technology. He owns the popular ‘Samvahana Prakashana’ which has published more than a thousand books, thus bringing many new writers to light.
