Mysuru: University of Mysore Administrative Officer (AO) Prof. C. Ramaswamy has resigned from his post, here yesterday. Prof. Ramaswamy, who was holding the post of AO from 2014, has resigned being fed up due to internal issues.
“I had won the confidence of the teaching, non-teaching staff, research scholars, students, the cleaning and the security staff of the University and discharged the duties to the best of my ability transparently, bringing about changes in. However, the internal developments of late in the University have brought me great pain and dissatisfaction. Hence, I am resigning,” he has stated in his resignation letter to the Vice-Chancellor.
