Mysuru 10K Run in city on Jan.19

Mysuru: Life is Calling, a Sports Management Company, will be organising the Mysuru 10K Run in city on Jan. 19 (Sunday).

The event comprises a 10 km (14 years+), 5 km saree and kurta walk/run (10 years+) and 3 km kids run (8 years+) from Oval Grounds, University of Mysore.

The 10 km run will be flagged off at 6.30 am, 5 km run at 6.45 am and 3 km run will be flagged off at 7 am.

While the 10 km run is competitive category, 5 km saree and kurta walk/run and 3 km kids run is a non-competitive category to encourage large number of participants from Mysuru to promote Fit Mysuru and Safe Mysuru causes.

Dr. Usha Hegde, city’s first Iron Woman to complete the ‘Iron Man’ Triathlon in Australia-2019, will be the Brand Ambassador of the event and encourage more people to adopt running into their fitness regimen.
