An inspiring all-round performance by skipper M. Varun (40 & three for eight), helped Post Graduate Sports Council (PGSC), Manasagangothri, Mysuru, to register a facile 77-run win over Maharaja’s College in the final of the Mysuru City Inter-Collegiate Cricket Tournament, conducted by Onkarmal Basudeva Somani College jointly with the Department of Physical Education (DPE), University of Mysore (UoM), at SDNR Wadiyar Platinum Jubilee University Grounds here yesterday.

The prizes to the winners were given away by Basudeva Somani Institutions Managing Trustee Puttaswamy and In-charge DPE (UoM) Director Dr. P. Krishniah.

Basudeva Somani Institutions Trustee Prabha Puttaswamy, UoM Cricket Coach Dr. Mansoor Ahmed and SBRR Mahajana PU College PE Director Kantharaj were present.
