Mysuru condoles Ananth Kumar’s untimely demise

Mysuru:  Condolences poured in from BJP leaders, party workers, littérateurs, art workers, elected representatives and people from various walks of life following the untimely death of Union Minister H.N. Ananth Kumar.  

Groups of people and BJP leaders and workers gathered at various places and offered floral tributes to the portrait of the departed leader.

Krishnaraja MLA S.A. Ramdas along with party workers condoled the death by placing a portrait of Ananth Kumar in front of his (Ramdas) house at Vidyaranyapuram. BJP workers led by District BJP Vice-President H.V. Rajeev observed silence after offering floral tributes to Ananth Kumar’s portrait at Chamundipuram Circle. Corporator M.V. Ramprasad, former Corporator M.D. Parthasarathy, Paramesh and others were present.

At the BJP Party Office, BJP Co-Spokesperson and State Slum Morcha General Secretary Raghu R. Kautilya, BJP National Council Member B.P. Manjunath, State BJP Secretary M. Rajendra, held a condolence meeting.

Noted littérateur Dr. S.L. Bhyrappa, Chamarajanagar Member of Parliament R. Dhruvanarayan and other prominent personalities also condoled the death. A condolence meeting was held at Mysuru Nagara Jilla Brahmanara Bruhat Samavesha Office at Chamundipuram. District Brahmana Sangha President D.T. Prakash, leaders M.V. Ramprasad and B.V. Manjunath were present.

At the Gandhiji bust in front of City Law Courts Complex, District Nayaka Yuva Vedike activists led by its President Paduvarahalli Ramakrishna also condoled the death.
