Mysuru District Track & Field Athletic Meet-2019 concludes

T.R. Dhanush of Hari Vidyalaya (11.6s) and R. Harshini of DYES (12.3s) emerged as the fastest athletes in the U-20 Boys and Girls section respectively by winning the 100m gold on the final day of the two-day Mysore District Athletic Association’s (MDAA) District Track & Field Athletic Meet which concluded yesterday at Chamundi Vihar Stadium here.

U-20 — 100m: T.R. Dhanush (Hari Vidyalaya, 11.6s); 400m: Agnish (Basudeva Somani FGC, 48.1s); 3km Walk: Fouzan Ahmed (18m:19.2s); Discus: Saqlain Ahmed (48.00m); Triple Jump: Anup Kumar (MIT, 10.51m).

U-18 — 100m: P. Akasha (Marimallappa’s PU College, 11.6s); 200m: Anhaad (De Paul International School, 23.3s); 400m: K. Deepan (Rise & Shine AC, 51.4s); 110m Hurdles: Sharon Peter (Pride AC, 15.3s); 3km Walk: Darshan Gowda (19m:07:80s); Discus: Mohith R. Raj (Marimallappa PU, 49.38m); 1000m Medley Relay: Rise & Shine Athletic Club (2:07.0s).

U-16 — 100m: A. Neeraj Gowda (Excel Public School, 12.00s); 400m: Rahul Nayaka (IJR School, 51.25s); 100m Hurdles: Aryan (15.3s); Discus: B.M. Mayura Ganapathi (Bhagya Ganapathi School, 36.96m).

U-14 — 100m: Darshan Patel (BVB School, 12.4s); 1000m Medley Relay: Ovals Athletic Club (2:34.3s); Long-Jump: S. Poornachandra (Royal Concorde School, 4.48m).

U-20 — 100m: R. Harshini (DYES, Mysuru, 12.3s); 400m: Dominica C. Siddi (Teresian College, 1:07.9s); Discus: M.N. Sushma (DYES, Mysuru, 37.68m).

U-18 — 100m: P.K. Neetha (Teresian College, 12.8s); 400m: N.G. Anusha (DYES, Mysuru, 1:04.18s); 1000m Medley Relay: DYES, Mysuru, 2:31.6s); Discus: C.A.Daini (DYES, 27.86m); Javelin: N.B.Rukmini (Vani Vilas PU College, 29.60m).
