Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru Literary Association has organised Mysuru Literary Fest at Maharaja’s College Centenary Hall in city on Jan. 21.
10.30 am: Translator and writer Dr. B. Nanjamma Chinnappa will inaugurate the Literary Fest. Former Vice-Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi Central University (Arunachal Pradesh) Prof. K.C. Belliappa will preside.
11.30 am: Novelist Prof. Tomas Modesto Galan will interact with Prof. H.S. Shivaprakash; 12.30 pm: Film and cultural critic Prof. N. Manu Chakravarthy will speak on the topic ‘Reading Literature: Encountering The Spirit of The Times’; 2.30 pm: Sociologist Prof. R. Indira will speak on ‘Environmental Tourism in Western Ghats: Profit and Loss for Who’; 3.30 pm: Sculptor, painter and poet Anuradha Nalapat will speak on the topic ‘Homunculus (Little Man) and The Art of Yo-Yoing.’
