Forest Minister B. Ramanath Rai is seen felicitating the legendary Yakshagana artiste Dr. Sridhar Bhandari, who owns Sri Mahalingeshwara Pravasi Yakshagana Kala Vrinda, Puttur, during the second day of the three-day ‘Mysuru Yakshotsava’ organised by Bellipadi Yaksha Samskrutika Trust, at Jaganmohan Palace in city last evening. Trust President Dr. B. Satish Rai, who is the Minister’s elder brother, is also seen.
