Mysuru’s Pranavi Urs to take part in Women’s Indian Open Golf

City golfer Pranavi S. Urs of JWGC will be taking part in the Hero Women’s Indian Open Golf Tournament 2019 to be played at the DLF Golf and Country Club, Gurugram, from Oct.2 to 6.

The Hero Women’s Indian Open has always been a great platform for young Indian talents. Amateurs Seher Atwal and Pranavi Urs, who are in the field on the basis of their World Amateur Golf Rankings, will go toe to toe against some of the best.

The current leaders on the domestic Hero Order of Merit Gaurika Bishnoi followed by seasoned Neha Tripathi will be keen to show their mettle at the Tournament.

The Hero Women’s Indian Open, the biggest professional women’s golf event in the country, will carry a prize purse of USD 5,00,000.
