Mysore/Mysuru: Kalpa Kshetra has organised Nadageethotsava in celebration of Kannada Rajyotsava at 10.30 am on Oct. 29 at Kalpa Kshetra Auditorium, 581/1, Vijayanagar 4th Stage, 1st Phase, Mysuru.

Well-known songs about Kannada and Karnataka will be rendered by a group of professionals who have passion for singing.

The singers are as follows: Dr. Somanath Vasudeva, Founder and Head of The Institute of Neurosciences at Apollo BGS Hospitals, Mysuru; Dr. Seethalakshmy, Anaesthesiologist at Apollo BGS Hospitals, Mysuru; Dr. Sushma Krishnamurthy, one of the few female General Surgeons practicing in Mysuru; Dr. Shyam Prasad, Assistant Professor, Department of Anaesthesiology, JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru. All the above have participated in Geeth Gaatha Chal and other musical events where medical professionals have displayed their talents. They will be joined by Nikhil Prabhu, DGM-Finance, Automotive Axle Limited, Mysuru. He is an expert Musical Whistler. The team will be presenting songs by well-known poets and lyricists in Kannada.
