Mysore/Mysuru: Ganabharathi, Mysuru, has organised Nadaswara Concert by Vid. R. Rangaswamy at Veene Seshanna Bhavana in Kuvempunagar on Oct. 1 at 6 pm.

He will be accompanied by Vid. M.S. Anand (Nadaswara), Vid. R. Nagesh (Dholu) and Vid. C.S. Nagesh (Dholu).

Vid. R. Rangaswamy is a senior artiste with more than 40 years of experience. He started learning music under the guidance of his father. He learned Nadaswara under Guru Vid. Kalaratna Kunjabappa of Tamil Nadu. Vid. Rangaswamy is an ‘A’ grade artiste of Akashvani. He has been giving performances in Tirupati TV channel and Bengaluru Dooradarshan.

He has been awarded ‘Karnataka Kalashri’ by the Government of Karnataka.

He has performed on various prestigious platforms and has been recognised broadly.
