September 23, 2022

Mysore/Mysuru: In a bid to create awareness and promote healthy heart among the masses and to educate common man to fight against Cardiovascular Disease (CVD), Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, as part of World Heart Day, which is being observed on Sept. 29, launched an awareness vehicle in city.

The vehicle, with the theme ‘Thoda Dil Thoda Heart,’ was flagged off by Superintendent of Police (SP) R. Chethan in front of Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple in the presence of doctors yesterday morning.

The vehicle will move around in all 65 wards of the city. A team of healthcare workers and ‘Thoda Dil Thoda Heart’ mascots would be travelling with the vehicle and conducting many programmes with the sole aim of making people aware of the threat that heart disease poses today.

“As the pioneers of healthcare in the Heritage City Mysuru and to continue our pledge on spreading awareness on Heart Health, a vehicle branded on the theme of this year’s World Heart Day will be covering all major parts of the city in the next 30 days.
