As part of International Senior Citizen Day celebrations, the Union Government has invited applications from eminent senior citizens and individual and institutions working for the welfare of senior citizens to present ‘Vayoshreshta Samman – 2019’ National Award. Interested can download the application form from the website of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment http://socialjustice.nic.in and submit three sets of application forms before May 15 at the Office of District Disabled Welfare Officer, Pulikeshi Road, Tilak Nagar, Mysuru – 570001.
