Karnataka won three gold medals in the team event in the on-going Veteran National Table Tennis (TT) championship at Sonepet, Haryana on Thursday.
Mysuru’s Dr. Sainath Iyer was part of the Karnataka men’s 75-plus team which beat Delhi 3-2 in the final to clinch the gold.
In the men’s 80-plus category, Mysuru’s K.V. Krishnamurthy was part of the Karnataka team which beat Uttar Pradesh 3-0 to clinch the gold.
