The Department of Studies in Commerce, PG Centre, Vidyavardhaka First Grade College, has organised a UGC-sponsored National Meet on ‘Digital Economy in India: The Challenges Ahead’ on Feb. 18 at the college premises on Seshadri Iyer Road here.

The conference will be inaugurated by Prof. Yashvanth Dongre, Acting Vice-Chancellor of University of Mysore at 9.30 am. Dr. D. Rajasekhar, Professor, Centre for Decentralisation and Development Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bengaluru, will deliver the keynote address. Gundappa Gowda, President of Vidya Vardhaka Sangha (VVS) will preside.  

VVS Secretary P. Vishwanath, and Treasurer S.N. Lakshminarayana will be the chief guests.

Dr. N. Muthukumar, Chairman of CII Mysuru will deliver the valedictory address  at 4 pm.
