Navarathri: Dandiya Raas on Oct. 20

Pushpanjali, which is working for cultural heritage, social upliftment, education and various social activities in Mysuru since 1999, has  organised Dandiya Raas as part of Navarathri celebrations at JSS Urban Haat, Ring Road, Hebbal at 7 pm on Oct. 20. Dr. B. Suresh, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research and Shilpi Agarwal, Divisional Railway Manager, SWR, Mysuru Division will be lighting the lamp. Navarathri programme will commence with Maa Amba Bhavani Puja, Dandiya folk dance and music, according to a press release.
